Solutions · No-Show Reduction

Booked appointments
that actually show up.

An empty slot from a no-show is revenue you already earned and then lost. LunaFront confirms, reminds, and makes rescheduling effortless — so booked patients arrive.

The Problem

What it costs to leave this unsolved.

Forgotten isn't the same as canceled

Most no-shows aren't defections — they're forgotten appointments that a well-timed reminder would have saved.

Canceling is easier than rescheduling

When changing an appointment means calling and waiting on hold, patients just don't show instead.

Manual reminders depend on slow days

Reminder calls happen when your desk has spare time — which is exactly when your book is thin anyway.

How LunaFront Handles It

Fully managed, end to end.

1

Confirms at booking

Every appointment ends with a confirmation the patient carries with them — by text, in the same conversation.

2

Reminds by call and text

Automated reminders go out on the cadence you choose, without your staff lifting a finger.

3

Reschedules instead of losing

When plans change, the patient can move the appointment in one quick call or text — the slot stays a booking instead of a gap.

4

Follows up on no-shows

When someone does miss, follow-up happens promptly — recovering the booking while it's still warm.

Questions

By call and text, on the schedule you choose. It's configured during onboarding and runs automatically — fully managed, like everything else.

Yes — rescheduling is handled the same way booking is, in one interaction, following your availability rules. Your team only gets involved when a case genuinely needs them.

It can complement or replace it — we set it up around what you already do, so patients get one coherent experience instead of duplicate messages.
