What You See

You don't run it.
You still see all of it.

"Fully managed" is the whole point — and it's also the fair question it raises. If you're not the one running your front desk, how do you know what's happening on your phone? This page is the answer, and it's more than you've ever had.

Every Single Call

Four things, every time.

Not a sample. Not the interesting ones. Every call LunaFront answers leaves the same record behind.

The recording

The call itself, exactly as your caller heard it. Tone, pacing, the whole thing — not a paraphrase of it.

It's the only way to judge whether your business sounded the way you want it to sound.

The transcript

The same call in writing, so you can read it in thirty seconds instead of listening for four minutes.

Searchable, skimmable, and easy to forward to whoever needs to see it.

The summary

What the caller wanted, what was captured, and what was booked — in plain language, on every call.

This is what most owners actually read day to day. The rest is there when a call matters more.

The outcome

Booked, rescheduled, escalated to your team, or flagged for follow-up. Every call carries one.

It's how you know nothing is sitting in a gap — the thing voicemail could never tell you.

What It's For

A record is only useful
if it changes something.

Check it sounds like your business

Pull a recording in your first week and hear what a new caller hears. If a phrase isn't right, tell us and we change it — you're not filing a support ticket, you're telling us what to fix.

Settle 'what did they actually say?'

When a caller remembers a conversation differently, there's a recording and a transcript. That question stops being a judgement call.

Learn what your callers keep asking

The questions that come up over and over are your website's missing FAQ, your intake script's weak spot, or a service you should be promoting. They're all visible in the summaries.

See what your marketing actually produced

Not just how many calls came in, but what they asked for and how many turned into bookings — the part ad platforms can't tell you.

On Top of That

Reporting that comes to you.

The per-call record is always there. Your plan adds a regular read on top of it, so the picture arrives without you going looking for it.

For Comparison

What you used to get.

Voicemail

A message, if the caller bothered to leave one. No record of the ones who didn't.

An answering service

A message log: who called and a note from an operator working a shared script.

LunaFront

Recording, transcript, summary, and a defined outcome — on every call, including the ones that used to vanish.

These are your callers' calls.

Recordings and transcripts are handled with the same care as everything else your callers tell us — separated per client, transmitted over encrypted connections, and reachable only by people you've authorised. How we handle your data →

Questions

Asked before, answered here.

Every call LunaFront answers is recorded, transcribed, and summarised. There's no sampling and no tier where the record stops — the difference between plans is the reporting layer on top, not whether the underlying record exists.

Recording rules differ by state — several, including Florida and California, require every party to a call to consent before it can be recorded. Your call opening is configured to meet the rules that apply where you practise, and we confirm it with you before you go live.

If you have a preference about the exact wording, that's a normal thing to raise during onboarding — it's your voice and your jurisdiction, so it's your call.

It's meant to be there when you want it, not homework. Most owners read the summaries, skim the weekly roundup, and never open a recording — until the week something matters, and then it's already there.

Nothing here is a dashboard you're expected to maintain. LunaFront stays fully managed; this is the receipt, not a second job.

You decide who gets what during onboarding — an owner who wants everything, a manager who wants the daily flagged calls, or a front desk lead who only needs what's been booked. Tell us the arrangement and we set it up.

A call log tells you a call happened and what an operator wrote down. A recording and transcript tell you what was actually said, and the summary tells you what came of it.

The bigger difference is coverage: a log only contains calls someone picked up. Because LunaFront answers everything, the record includes the after-hours calls, the simultaneous calls, and the busy-stretch calls that previously left no trace at all.

If it doesn't cover its plan fee in 30 days, we refund that fee.

If LunaFront doesn't book enough in your first 30 days after go-live to cover your monthly plan fee, we refund that month's plan fee. The one-time $299 setup fee is not refundable.

No lock-in

Every plan is month-to-month. Cancel any time, no cancellation fee.

A known worst case

The most you can be out is the one-time $299 setup.
