The 30-Day ROI Guarantee
If it doesn't cover its plan fee,
you aren't charged it.
Every Luna Front plan carries the same promise, in writing: your first plan fee isn't charged until 30 days after go-live, and then only if Luna Front booked enough in those 30 days to cover it. Not a discount. Not a credit. Not a refund you have to chase — a charge that never happens. Every term it carries is below — all five of them.
How It Plays Out
Three steps, no asterisks.
You go live
Luna Front is live and answering calls within 5 business days, and your 30 days start that day. From the first answered call, your weekly summaries show what it handled and what it booked.
30 days run
Luna Front answers, qualifies, and books around the clock. You watch the bookings arrive — the same records we look at, no private scoreboard.
It pays for itself — or it isn't billed
We check the booking record against the value you gave at checkout before the first plan fee is charged. You and we are reading the same record, so there is nothing to file and nothing to chase. No forms, no argument, no retention call.
The Terms
Five rows. That's all of it.
Not a summary of the terms — the terms. There is no longer version of this, and nothing below is an asterisk on anything above.
- The clock starts
- The day you go live — not the day you sign.
- It runs for
- Your first 30 days after go-live. It is not an ongoing or rolling guarantee.
- What you keep
- That month's plan fee, because it is never taken. Your first plan fee is charged at the end of the 30 days, not the start — so if the guarantee applies there is nothing to refund, nothing to claim, and nothing to wait for.
- What is still owed
- The one-time $299 setup fee, charged when you sign and not refundable. It is the most you can be out.
- Afterwards
- Plans stay month-to-month. Cancel any time, with no cancellation fee.
Why We Can Promise This
The math does the guaranteeing.
The calls Luna Front answers are ones that were going to voicemail — after hours, at lunch, during back-to-back appointments. Those callers were already trying to give you money. It only takes a handful of them booked instead of lost for the plan fee to cover itself — which is exactly why we are willing to wait and see whether it does before charging it.
