Every referral captured.
Every plan-of-care visit kept.

PT revenue is a schedule: referrals in, recurring visits kept, cancellations refilled. LunaFront answers every call, books within your scheduling rules, and keeps the visit cadence intact — without pulling your team off the floor.

The Reality

Why the phone loses in a PT clinic.

Referrals leak between calls

A physician referral is a warm handoff — until the patient's first call hits voicemail and the momentum dies.

The schedule is the product

Missed sessions break plans of care. Every unfilled cancellation is both lost revenue and a worse outcome.

Clinicians double as receptionists

In lean clinics, therapists answer phones between patients — trading billable time for admin.

How LunaFront Handles It

Configured to your specialty, run for you.

1

Answers every referral call

The moment a referred patient calls, they're greeted, captured, and booked — no voicemail between the referral and the first visit.

2

Books the whole cadence

Initial evals and recurring visits scheduled by your rules — durations, providers, frequencies — with confirmations by text.

3

Refills cancellations

Reschedule-first handling keeps plan-of-care momentum and keeps slots from going empty.

4

Leaves clinical questions to clinicians

Condition and treatment questions route to your team — the AI never gives medical advice.
