Solutions · After-Hours & Weekend Coverage

Your desk closes.
Your phone doesn't.

Most booking inquiries come in when the front desk is dark — evenings, weekends, holidays. LunaFront answers every one of them, handles intake, and books the appointment while your practice sleeps.

The Problem

What it costs to leave this unsolved.

The 8 PM caller books elsewhere

Patients call when they finally have a free moment — after work, after the kids are down. If no one answers, the next practice on their list gets the booking.

Voicemail waits until Monday

A weekend voicemail — if the caller even leaves one — sits for days. By callback time, they've moved on.

Your evenings absorb the overflow

Without coverage, after-hours calls become the owner's problem: returned from the couch, the car, the vacation.

How LunaFront Handles It

Fully managed, end to end.

1

Answers any hour, in your voice

Evenings, weekends, holidays — the call is answered the way your own desk would answer it, every time.

2

Handles the whole inquiry

Questions about services and hours, intake details, qualification — handled in the moment, not deferred to a message.

3

Books it on the spot

The appointment lands in your calendar overnight. You open Monday ahead, not behind.

4

Escalates what needs you

Anything beyond its scope is flagged or routed by your rules — no call ends undefined.

Questions
