SolutionsAppointment booking
From first ring
to booked appointment.
Answering the phone is half the job. Luna Front finishes it — capturing the details, following your booking rules, and putting the appointment on your calendar, around the clock.
Messages aren't bookings
Why taking a message still loses the appointment.
A message is not a booking
Answering services take messages. Messages need callbacks, and callbacks race the caller's next search.
Booking rules live in someone's head
Consult-first services, deposit policies, who a caller can ask for — when only your best staffer knows the rules, the phone depends on them.
Rescheduling eats your desk's day
Every change is a call, a hold, a calendar hunt. It's necessary work that steals time from the people in front of you.
First ring to booked
Your booking rules, followed on every call.
Configured to your booking logic
Your services, your team, hours, and rules — set up during onboarding, followed on every call.
Captures and confirms
It gathers exactly the details you require and confirms them with the caller before anything lands on your calendar.
Reschedules and cancels too
Changes are handled in the same call — reschedule-first, so the slot stays filled instead of going empty.
Confirmations that stick
The caller picks text, email, or both, and the confirmation goes out that way — so the appointment exists in their pocket, not just your calendar.
If it doesn't cover its plan fee in 30 days, you aren't charged it.
Your first plan fee isn't charged until 30 days after go-live — and only if Luna Front booked enough in those 30 days to cover it. If it didn't, that month is never billed. The one-time $299 setup fee is charged at signup and is not refundable, so the most you can be out is that $299.
No lock-in
Every plan is month-to-month. Cancel any time, no cancellation fee.
