You're adjusting.
The phone gets answered anyway.

Many chiropractic clinics run lean — sometimes it's you, a table, and a phone that rings mid-adjustment. LunaFront answers every call, books and reschedules visits, and keeps your care plan schedule full without adding headcount.

The Reality

Why the phone loses in a chiropractic clinic.

Hands-on means hands-off the phone

You physically can't take a call mid-adjustment. Small-team clinics miss calls not from neglect, but from arithmetic.

Recurring visits, constant rescheduling

Care plans mean standing appointments — and standing appointments mean a steady stream of changes that eat front-desk time.

New patients call in pain — today

Someone whose back seized this morning books with whoever answers first. Urgency is the whole game.

How LunaFront Handles It

Configured to your specialty, run for you.

1

Picks up while you treat

Every call answered — during sessions, between them, and after close. No busy signal, no voicemail.

2

Books and rebooks care-plan visits

New appointments, reschedules, cancellations — handled in one call, by your availability rules, reschedule-first.

3

Captures the new patient

Intake questions, insurance details you want collected, urgency flagged — then booked into your day.

4

Escalates real clinical questions

Symptom and treatment questions route to you — the AI never gives medical advice.

Questions

What chiropractic clinic owners ask.

Solo clinics are where the math is starkest: every missed call is yours alone to lose. LunaFront is fully managed, so it adds coverage without adding anything for you to run.

Yes — visit frequencies, durations, and provider availability are configured during onboarding, and it books within them. Changes are handled reschedule-first so the slot stays filled.

It captures what you'd want captured and routes clinical questions to you. It never advises, diagnoses, or triages beyond the routing rules you set.
