Law firms

You're in court.
The phone gets answered anyway.

The calls that start cases arrive while you're in a hearing, in a deposition, or asleep — and the person making them is calling down a list. LunaFront answers every one, runs your intake questions, and books the consultation by your rules.

The Reality

Why the phone loses in a law firm.

Court takes the whole day

You cannot take a call from the middle of a hearing or a deposition. Firms don't miss calls out of neglect — they miss them out of arithmetic.

The people who need a lawyer call at the worst hours

Arrests, accidents, terminations, and served papers happen at night and on weekends. That call goes to whoever picks up, and the choice is usually made in the first conversation.

A general voicemail box buries the good matters

One message queue mixes a serious inquiry with a wrong number and a vendor pitch. By the time someone sorts it, the caller has spoken to another firm.

How LunaFront Handles It

Configured to your business, run for you.

1

Answers in your firm's voice

Greeting, practice areas, tone, and the questions you'd ask — configured to sound like your own intake desk, not a call center.

2

Runs your intake questions

Practice area, the matter, the parties involved, key dates, and how they found you — captured consistently on every call and passed to your team with the booking.

3

Books the consultation by your rules

Attorney availability, consultation types and lengths, paid-consult policies — followed exactly, with capture-and-confirm booking into your calendar.

4

Never gives legal advice

Anything calling for legal judgment routes to your attorneys — the AI doesn't assess a claim or comment on the merits — and no call ends without a defined outcome.

Questions

What managing partners ask.

No — and it shouldn't. It captures what your conflict check needs: the parties, the opposing side, and the matter as the caller describes it, in the fields you specify. Your team runs the check against your own system before anyone is engaged. The AI collects the information; it never clears a conflict.

A hard rule, not a setting. It captures and routes; it never assesses a claim, comments on the merits, or answers a question that calls for legal judgment — those go to your attorneys under the escalation rules you set during onboarding. It also never states or implies that anyone has been accepted as a client. The engagement decision stays entirely with your firm.

Yes — practice areas, attorney assignment, and what your firm treats as time-sensitive are configured during onboarding, and every call is directed by those rules. Matters you flag as urgent are escalated the way you specify instead of aging in a general voicemail box.
