SolutionsLead qualification

Every caller answered.
High-value leads flagged.

New clients call ready to spend — but only if someone answers, asks the right questions, and books them before they keep shopping. Luna Front qualifies every caller by your rules.

Paid for, not booked

Where ad dollars turn into someone else's client.

First impressions happen once

A new client's first call sets the tone. Voicemail says one thing; a warm, instant answer says another.

Not every caller is equal

A high-value consultation inquiry and a quick pricing question deserve different handling — but only if someone's qualifying.

The ad works. The phone doesn't.

Every ad dollar that generates a call which goes unanswered is spend converted into a competitor's booking.

Qualified on the call

Your criteria, asked the same way every time.

1

Answers warmly, instantly

The inquiry that took your marketing budget to generate gets answered on the first ring, in your own voice.

2

Asks your qualifying questions

Service interest, timing, budget signals — whatever you'd want asked, captured consistently on every call.

3

Flags what matters

High-value and urgent callers are flagged by your criteria, so your team sees the priorities, not just a list.

4

Books the qualified, captures the rest

Ready-to-book callers land on the calendar. The rest are captured with full details for follow-up, so the caller who wasn't ready today is still a lead you can work.

Qualification questions

How callers get sorted — and by whose rules.

You do, during onboarding. We configure the intake flow around what you actually need to know, and refine it as you go — it's fully managed.

Booked callers go straight to your calendar. Everyone else lands in your records with contact details and call notes, and your call summaries show the full picture.

No — it behaves like a capable front desk, not a call center script. Questions are conversational and only as many as you'd ask yourself.

If it doesn't cover its plan fee in 30 days, you aren't charged it.

Your first plan fee isn't charged until 30 days after go-live — and only if Luna Front booked enough in those 30 days to cover it. If it didn't, that month is never billed. The one-time $299 setup fee is charged at signup and is not refundable, so the most you can be out is that $299.

No lock-in

Every plan is month-to-month. Cancel any time, no cancellation fee.
